The last two paragraphs are the key, and Rush is far from the only one to point it out.
Either Arafat can't stop the terror, or he won't. So he is either irrelevant or the enemy.

As usual, Rush is right!

Rush is the greatest. Wonder what the self-proclaimed "America Firsters" have to say about this?

Rush is dead on with this assessment.
I know that there are some who think Rush is a lackey for the Republicans. I don't want to hear a lot of that crap on this thread, because that has nothing to do with this issue.

"Wonder what the self-proclaimed "America Firsters" have to say about this?" This from Buchanan:
"And what of America? So long as the United States provides Israel with the weapons and money to crush intifadas, expand settlements and postpone the coming of a Palestinian state, our reputation in the Middle East is in the custody of Ariel Sharon. If Bush cannot put distance between us, America will end up with all his enemies and only his friends."

He is a lackey, a lackey for the truth.

"The last two paragraphs are the key, and Rush is far from the only one to point it out."I heard Bibi Netan(Yahoo!) make the very same point this morning on Imus. Great minds ....

This opinion has been on the lips of Israels supporters for some time now. Nice to see that someone with a bit of stature is finally grabbing on though. Personally, I'd have to go with irrelevant. I think we are looking at a Palestinian civil war before we know who the real leadership of these people is. Once it becomes clear who we are dealing with, then we'll see what happens.

I don't have any respect for Buchanan. His "patriotism" seems to consist more of offending other Americans than any genuine concern for the welfare of this country.

I saw Bibi make the argument twice on TV last night, and neither Bill Press nor Alan "snake-eyes" Colmes could make a dent in it.
To: BenF
He's relegated himself to the ashbin of history with his buddy, 'Dolf.
"We've seen their kind before."
To: BenF
Yeah, he loves Americans, as long as they are real Americans, like him.

Arafat is hardly original.
The Irgun, Stern Gang and Hagannah preceeded him by 20 years with letter bombs, fire bombs and drive by shootings.
The British probably remember.

It looks like the "conservative icon" Rush Limbaugh forgot to read the part about *entangling alliances* You know, I always get a kick out of those who interpret Washington according to their own consciences....especially when it comes to Israel.
