And before I release the hounds, did you arrive at this candidate by comparing pictures, or was there something else?
What we need now is a judge.
I propose getting someone who can compare the two photographs, (Ahmed and Ahmad) and verify that Ahmad and Ahmed are two very different people, based on facial features.
I've already done this, so go ahead and pick someone - I'm thinking jennyp*, but let's see who you come up with.

Three of them, who seem to be the most important links in this terrorist chain, are still out of reach of the police. Warrant for the arrest was issued for Karray Kalei Bin Ali alias Abu Hamza, Omar Hilal alias Abdela and Ahmed Zuhair alias Handala.
The person who could readily be characterised as "state enemy number 1" and the leader of the terrorist organization in central Bosnia is certain Ahmed Zuhair with a cover name Handala.
During arrest, a large quantity of forged documents was found of a number of government and non-governmental humanitarian organizations, various stamps and equipment necessary for making them. A large quantity of documents bearing various names were also discovered, and it is interesting that among numerous discovered licence plates there were some with diplomatic insignia. That is when handbooks for training and performance of terrorist acts were also confiscated, as well as vehicles of various models used by these persons in preparation and in performance of various criminal acts and terrorist actions.
Before carrying out their terrorist acts, the suspects observed the targets of their attacks for days, which indicates that they are an organized group which prepared and committed classic terrorist acts on the territory of B&H. Further clarification of other serious criminal acts on the territory of Zenica-Doboj, Central-Bosnian and Tuzla-Podrinje cantons is under way".

The Zenica County Prosecutor Office, at the end of last week, sent an indictment to the Zenica County Court against the perpetrators of an act of terrorism - the car bomb in Mostar on September 18, 1997. There were 50 persons injured, 56 apartments destroyed and another 120 damaged, and 44 automobiles destroyed and 75 damaged. The accused for this crime are: 33 year old Ahmed Zuhair (alias Handala), who is on the run and will be tried in absentia; Ali Ahmed Ali Hamad (27) with the aliases of Alija, Abu Ajsa, and Abu Bhejda; Nebil Ali Ali Hella (21) alias Abu Jemen; Abdulah Ba Awra (24) alias Abu Huseifa; and Kales el Seif (25) alias Sulejman.
The five came to Bosnia from Bahrain, Yemen, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia during the Homeland War. They joined the war on the B&H side and continued to live in Central Bosnia after the war.
It seems they waged their own war, hence they were charged with terrorism after a four month investigation of the Zenica County Court and two months of investigations of the Federal and County Police. Four of the accused have been in detention for six months and a decision for a two month extension was given to them, but only after they were translated into Arabic.

It is no suprise then that the Croatians broke the story about the 9/11 Bosnian passport in question.
By the way check out the date-end of 1997 to 1998-the year the terrorists entered the USA.
