Great to see everyone. My favorite signs were: "TALIBAN RULE: KABUL 9crossed out), KUNDUZ (crossed out), KANDAHAR (partially crossed out), KENSINGTON" and "I am offended by stupidity. Ban teh Council." I loved the knife in Dr. Raoul's back. Classic. We came with a friend of ours who actually lives in Kensington. (Yes, he is considering moving.) This is not over yet, and he would like to get hold of a Santa suit. FReepmail me and I'll say more. Good job by everyone. Kristinn, I know of a new poster who is in the DC area. Maybe we can roust him up for some events.

DC Channel 9 11 o'clock news just showed the Good Doctor Demming (of Takoma Park) in a great camera shot, showing his "Liberals keep trying to kill Santa" sign, in living color for all the whiney DC area liberals to see.

Anyone in MARYland offended by the sight of a Santa, St. Nicholas, a Christmas Tree, or a Nativity Scene, ought to consider moving. China,Iraq, or Afghanistan might be good relocation choices.

The regular Fox channel (5) did a fairly comprehensive story. Unfortunately, the pans to the Santas were difficult to focus on and I didn't readily recognize FReepers. I love the signs though. I must have missed the Channel 9 coverage - so sorry to have missed the Knife in the Back sign - hilarious - Dr. Deming of the Takoma Park Demings always comes up with the best signs. The MEAN SPIRITED ARROGANT SANTA HATING LIBERALS was inspired, too.
One of the last things mentioned in the Channel 5 Fox report was that some residents wanted a new council next year. HO HO HO

DC Channel 7 (WJLA) news at 11 just had a great shot of you and several other FReepers, in their report on Kensington Santathon.
They also had some good footage of anti-Semite Bill White getting into a scuffle with the Santa bikers, after having his hateful sign torn away from him. It looks like the bikers won.
