He has recommended that each American schoolchild get a Middle Eastern pen-pal, though, with the current anthrax scare, I dont suppose the US Postal Service is especially eager for a lot of envelopes with childlike handwriting from Mullah al-Mahrahs fourth grade at the Sword of the Jew-Slayer Elementary School in Kandahar. LOL

Thanks. I wonder how this guy would be on TV. Not that he doesn't write brilliantly.

Not only has Bush no plans to intern Muslim Americans; it wouldnt surprise me if he interned himself, just to send the right message. Now, that's a great line.

Could someone please post a link to the list of Islam's useful contributions to the modern world? Thank you.

He's absolutely right of course. The media and political elites' unending righteous posturing over "intolerance" toward Muslims has been sickening. I remember Tom Brokaw's lower lip quivering in barely controlled rage over the "bigotry" displayed in some incidents following 9/11, and the almost nightly coverage of minor incidents with followup righteous admonitions against such behavior.

You know what? There are times that you and I sit diametrically opposed but this is one area we always, always agree on. This man is the best around.

We smeared 'em in kickball by stealing bases when they prayed.

Extremism in the pursuit of moderation is no vice.
This particular column is just chock-full of good lines.

In bombardment we made them be skins. Kept the school nurse busy all day with those rasberries on their chests.
