We need a plan this time, and we need to do it right. I have every confidence that this Administration will do it right.
I think that we ought to be envisioning a post-war Iraq, and moving backward from there.
Iraq should be partitioned, with Kurdistan being created out of the northern part. Sunniland (or whatever you want to call it) would cover much of the south.
And the oilfields could become New Texas.

The inspectors could be in the form of UAV flown from safe territory or bring back the SR-71. They find a weapons lab or other suspected area - have it immediately bombed. As far as them hiding the plants. Enough money gets spread onto the right palms and mouths will soon open.
