You were being very sarcastic and you know it.
Any thought other than Christian beliefs must be squashed in the Christian's mind. Believing in other things takes away the religion's mind-control on that person. That person may change from a devoted zombie to a thinking individual. No more clink of money in the collection plates.

What, in my last post? Not sarcastic, just defending myself from your unexpected outburst.
Why does he call himself "Jack Chick" when "Jerk Cukoo" is so much more appropriate?
What, in my last post? I wasn't being sarcastic, just merely defending myself against your unexpected outburst. In my first post? Don't really remember what I wrote, but yes, I'm sure I was. Being sarcastic is one of my biggest, most uncontrollable flaws. Didn't mean to offend, though.
Jack Chick turns 85 today.
Sure proof that twisted knickers extend life...
There’s nothing wrong with Jack Chick that a klonopin/thorazine/ativan stack can’t control
The National Review disagrees:
“Rowling is an Inkling. That’s the well-argued thesis of John Granger’s fine book The Hidden Key to Harry Potter. Granger demonstrates the absurdity of the claim that Harry Potter is anti-Christian. And even if you’ve never worried about charges brought by misguided fundamentalists, The Hidden Key will substantially augment your understanding of what’s really at stake in Harry’s adventures.
The Inklings were originally a group of Oxford dons who wrote Christian fiction. The most famous of them are J. R. R. Tolkien and C. S. Lewis. Lord of the Rings and the Narnia series never mention Christianity overtly, and in Tolkien’s books, religion itself is absent from the plot. Yet these mythopoeic books aim to “baptize the imagination” of the reader to teach her the importance of fighting for the right, no matter how powerful the forces of evil may appear.”

Jack Chick is IMMORTAL!!! (And so is this thread.)
Jack Chick turns 92 today.
He’s still around? At least he gave the world some really bizarre comix. I really enjoyed them for their unintentional weirdness.
They actually made a movie short based on ‘Dark Dungeons’ a few years ago. I never watched it, but I guess He Who Must Not Be named On The Religion Forum must have been into it or something. Like any publicity is good publicity, and supposedly they played it pretty straight. He was probably like, ‘yeah this will be cool.’
