It's nice to read about organizations who are brave enough to stand up for their Constitutional right to freedom of religion.

this is very important. when choosing to donate, would you rather donate to an organization that gives money to defend the very people we are fighting against, (red cross) defence of the terrorist, or someone who share your values and who takes a stand for what they believe, and what most of us believe.

it's ok to think it is immoral to be homosexual and choose not to support people who make that choice. that's a choice of a religious organization, i will be donating to them, the red cross lost any chance to ever receive further donations from me after their stand on giving money to legal defence fund. furthermore i feel it's my responsibility to tell others.

simple things can help. when you move, instead of wasting all day having a garage sale, give it to the salvation army. don't throw things away, if there is a possibility someone could use it, give it to the salvation army. everybody wins. if anything the deduction is more than the $50 you would get from the garage sale anyway.

This is such WONDERFUL news! I am so pleased! I'll look forward to seeing the bell ringers this season and you can bet I'll add to the red pot!

Wouldn't it be nice if more of the Churches had this kind of spine? It's bad enough when the Church leaders "look the other way" when confronted with this issue, but many of them actually CONDONE it!

Many of our Church organizations could take a lesson in this. It's time to take a stand and make our voices known. This is America (not Sodom) and no one can force the acceptance and normalization of this "lifestyle" upon us.

For this Christian organization to have rescinded the Sixth Commandment (chastity) would have been a rejection of Christian truth, Christian faith and, ultimately, Christian salvation. The San Francisco Heresy (my label) should go down in the annals as a moment of truth for religious charity foundations in America.
