LA Times has an op-ed that is
the biggest (non-reported) story of this recount....Republican African-American ballots were invalidated at a much higher percentage than Dems....and most often by Black Dem headed precincts:
GOP Was the Real Victim in Fla. Vote, John R. Lott and James K. Glassman in the LA Times.

Thanks, Cooter. It's the biggest story by far to come out of the recount, and the media's silent. Our AG Bob Butterworth dragged Jeb Bush and katherine Harris in front of the interrogation board, forced them to turn over all e-mails and phone records, accused them of being racist. JJ, NAACP, UN, you name it in the press spent two straight weeks calling Republicans racists and the story was then picked up by leftist papers around the world to bash the right wing. I'm peeved. An apology isn't good enough.
E-mailed the guilty parties, plus Jeb, Rush, Ken Hamblin, Rev. Peterson, JC Watts (the whole House), the RNC, Hannity, G Gordon, Larry Elder, Mike Reagan, our Rep. Fla. head legislator, the head of the FSC, still going...

Bingo. You're right the military ballots are the key. None of the articles indicate they were part of this review. Under the "best" case scenario for Gore, counting all the "overs," "unders" and in betweens, and folding, spindling and mutilating every darn chad, Gore only "wins" by 200. If the military ballots ORDERED counted are thrown in, Gore loses under his best case.
Of course, this study is a fairy tale because the only scenario where Gore wins is one he never asked for and one the Florida Supreme Court never ordered.
It's truly pathetic that this Florida ballot report was released at the end of Veterans Day weekend. Disrespects our serving soldiers and sailors whose ballots were thrown out by the Rats to try to make Algore President.

It's is the shared pain that is yet to come that will preserve our Republic.
