Radical Animal Rights Groups Step Up Protests

Has anyone investigated whether these people could have mailed Anthrax?

If it is someone in the US who is responsible for the anthrax deaths, it is highly likely that a left-wing radical extremist group is behind it.

The ELF, ALF, and Earth First! all have a large number of college graduates among their membership, including a number with advanced degrees, who may have the knowledge to carry out lethal biological attacks. Ted Kaczinski bearded Unabomber types.

Suspected members of these groups should be hauled in for questioning and detained indefinitely until they talk.

Julia Butterfly Hill and Luna should also be interrogated.

"These people want the hearts and minds of minds who support groups such as the one I work in..."

And then their is always the danger of "graduated passion", isn't there? IMO, though an overwhelming najority of people decry "animal cruelty," the thought of "animal rights" cannot rationally supported by either extremist groups such as ALF or ELF, OR 'civilized "animal rights" groups such as the one I assume you work for.

Ted Kaczynski, It has now been two years since Ted Kaczynski was sentenced to multiple life terms for the infamous 'Unabomber' bombings that spanned from 1978-95. Ted is currently appealing his conviction.
He is imprisoned in the notorious Florence Supermax. Ted has virtually been denied all visits. His only real contact with the ouside world is through the mail. His publishers used to cover the costs but no longer do.

They are also supporting Leonard Peltier who they claim was framed.

Leonard Peltier was framed for the murder of two FBI agents and is now serving two consecutive life sentences in prison. As an 'American Indian Movement' (AIM) activist he was targeted as a 'subversive' by the secret USA Cointelpro operations. Despite substantial new evidence and huge public pressure he has been consistently refused a retrial. Leonard is now very ill, unable to move his jaw and in great danger of blood poisoning, but is being refused decent medical help.

Standing Deer, a Native American prison activist now in his late 70's, has been in super-max prisons for over 20 years. In 1978 he exposed a government plot to asassinate Leonard Peltier. In 1984 he went on a 42 day hunger strike with Leonard and another prisoner to draw attention to the inhumane conditions endured by prisoners at Marion Control Unit. He is not eligible for parole and has no release date.. Because of his prison activism the prison system refuses to recognize his Indian name.

Linn (Lenny) Chavez a 36 year old AIM activist and Kiowa man, Lenny was cutting wood at his home when he was attacked by a right wing Aryan group member. The man grabbed Lenny's chainsaw threatening him and all those in the property. Fearing for his and his family's life Lenny drew his penknife and inflicted non lethal injuries to the attacker. While the other man went free, Lenny was charged with attempted murder.

I guess they are trying to save all the "animals". Something tells me that they don't have their priorities straight.
