Using a digital camera and some simple software, you can "Stitch" pictures together to make 180° views. This is probably what you need.

Olympus cameras have a panorama function that locks exposure settings for the images to be stitched.

The best thing to do is to rely on a professional until you've gone through the learning curve yourself.

This is why dotcom-ers make the big bucks. Tell your boss to pony up the cash to let a pro do it, OR pay to send you to training.

Another option is to get a digital camcorder and take a digital video of the property, then pull it into the computer via firewire. You will still need some editing software to select the portions you want to make available, but its available at any computer store.
