The UN World Government Empowering Treaties, that Bush wants passed as law, don't even define what a terrorist is!
And he he wants them passed UnConstitutionally as law, as WTO and NAFTA were illegally passed.
These illegal treaties will give thew United Nations and foriegn governments more access to US citizen information.
Also from what I understand the new Anti-Terror Bill that Bush just signed into law is over 5000 pages long according to to what I am hearing.
Also take note Ron Smith on WBAL Radio reported today that Dick Cheney today said that the Homeland Defense Agency is going to be a permanent agency. Even Rush Limbaugh said a two weeks ago that the homeland Defense Force could be a very bad thing if it was more than temporary.

thats the problem - some day "terrorism" will be anything that "unsettles or threatens to unsettle the public tranquility" - things like preaching the gospel or saying someone is guilty of sin....

If somebody like Clintoon was President, we, the Freepers would be terrorists. Government folks need to defend the nation, defend the Constitution, defend liberty and win the war. Nothing more, nothing less. Leave liberty alone, they've got all the laws they need.

The Anthrax will probably be blamed on Patriots.

And under these new treaties the UN will decide and define who these people are.

You are absolutely right. I'm not too sure how far away your "someday" is either. It may be closer than we think. |

Sadly, someone like him and Reno will be back, someday. And like a good bacteria, this strain will be even more resistant to our laws.

Hate to break it to you, but Clinton never passed a law as bad as this anti terror treaty. This is happening under Bush.
Thats why when government is divided, our liberties are safest.

They that can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety.

Hey, George II. Get ready to lose to Hillary! (booooooooo) in 2004!
To: freedomnews
It also sounds like George II wants the treaties implemented even before ratification, sorta like Klinton and Kyoto.
