I simply wondered out loud why anyone who dislikes Ann Coulter and her opinions would spend so much effort on her as to show up on every thread about her. Especially since you think she's ugly and a fake, and that's pretty much all you have to say about her. Why bother? Surely there must be something more productive to do?

My original statement was not meant to be a defense of her. I simply wondered out loud why anyone who found her so distasteful would spend so much time on her articles. There are a few people on FR who seem to enjoy nothing better than making the same statements about Ann Coulter on every thread about her. Most of the statements are personal attacks rather than debates about her ideas. I admit yours is a new name on the list, so please don't take my comments as being intended as personal attack.

I dislike Hillary Clinton intensely. Therefore, I don't read her writings or listen to her speeches. And I don't participate in forums where she is admired.

I enjoy discussing Ann's columns. But, unfortunately, I haven't met her. That leaves me in no position to directly defend her from personal attacks. Except to point out how out of place they are in a discussion among adults.
