Hillary was booed very loudly. I'd estimate 90% of the noise was booing with perhaps 10% applause. Bill got maybe 50% booing with 50% applause. Clearly the crowd was agitated when Hillary appeared. She had to almost shout to be heard on the microphones above the boos.

Hillary entered out of nowhere like Darth Maul, took a deep breadth (amongst the scattering of boos), and said something like,
"thankyouallforbeingheretonightit'sagreathonorforall thebravepoliceandfiremanandnowIwanttointroduceyoutoagreatnewyorkerJERRYSEINFELD."
she was so nervous, with that phony smile.
What it reminded me of was Arlo Guthrie's Alice's Restaurant's monologue by the draft board officer where he rambled on..."for 45 minutes!"

It made my day to see her booed like that!!! It was too funny!! They can't edit that and they can't spin it - it was LIVE from NEW YORK!!

Look out New York. Hillary will be out riding her broom and looking for revenge.

Guiliani is getting 100% cheers and applause, people shouting USA, USA. Cameras showed some folks carrying a large US flag through the crowd. People pumped up over Rudy.

I'll wander off to the rack with a smile on my tired old face with my head full of , not booze, as is the usual.

Do ya s'pose the audience has been reading Barbara Olson's new book? S'pose it's No. 1 in New York yet?
First thought that came to mind.

You're thinking of Andy Kaufmann. (I don't know who Kaplan is either...unless he's the CNN guy.)

This is so great I read the thread and went back up to the top and read it again.
To: bobono
It is such a shame that it took such a tragedy for NYC to starting seeing reality.
