I wonder what the numbers would have been like for GWB vs Clinton if the poll were taken before September 11, and referred to a hypothetical situation exactly like the events of September 11.

In other words, I wonder how many true 'converts' were picked up SOLELY based on GWB's handling of the crisis, as opposed to those entrenched in their dislike of Bush before September 11th. I bet Bush picked up a lot of people.
