I suppose the Taliban is hoping to use CNN as a propaganda machine just as Saddam did in 1991.
Did they include Peter Arnette in their little caravan?

I don't think the FOX guy was hosted by the Taliban.

The alleged news reporters were met by this peaceful group of Taleban out on a picnic. Then they were escorted to view collateral damage for propaganda purposes.

Be a shame if we "accidentally" firebombed them and their cameras...

Are we bombing again after the Holy day?

They already have jeopardized at least part of our mission, Marlowe.
A CNN broadcast showed aircraft carrier decks cleaned of jet aircraft. One "analyst" said that was a sure sign that decks were being prepared for attack helicopters.
Surprise, surprise? Not for the Taliban.
Is CNN, to a certain extent, operating not just as a propaganda piece for the Taliban, but also as counter-intelligence?
Rodent Carlson, and toad Hunt yesterday on the "Capital Gang" seemed to believe the press should have the right to decide which information to publish or broadcast. I don't trust this outfit for a minute, and certainly don't want it left to their decision which information to broadcast.
I've two nephews on board those aircraft carriers. They'd better not be put in harms way by traitorous media...

CNN!! Oh no, all our mission secrets will be compromised. Maybe they can be shot as traitors? I guess they are there to drum up sympathy for the "poor terrorists who only want to be understood!" Someone tell the Big E to send a few small little "gifts" their way.

CNN, by reporting Taliban propaganda has made it clear that their allegiance is not to the US or the truth and answered for once and for all the question, "would they have given Hitler a microphone during WWII to spread his lies across the globe." Of course.
