His work is NOT a theological work as such.
But, it is the 'best' work for understanding the mind/history of the person.

I think he's very impressive. And, no, I haven't heard him discuss the Muslim religion -- just the politics of the region, the history of bin Laden and the dynamics of the whole Middle East.

I've been out most of the day and just got in. I've heard Bodansky in an interview on the radio. He knows his stuff. Anything new or interesting while he was on Hannity and Butthead?

Sorry I couldn't do a play by play. I wanted to watch.

It's really frustrating to see him in a format where he's got two 5 minute clips. There's not enough time, like there was on radio, to get out the information.

Someone needs to do an hour special with this guy. Comparatively, it'd be like doing a contemporary interview with a biographer of Hitler, real time.

He did manage to put forth that if bin laden is killed there'll be 10,000 to take his place -- that this is a war to the finish -- all or nothing -- that bin Laden is the most revered man in the "Muslim streets" today. (((shudder)))
