Bottom line is we have to go after the terrorists, those that sponsor them, and those that harbor them. If Bush doesn't do that he is making a terrible error.

Precisely, Cathy, and I've said exactly the same thing here many times. Trouble is, that part of the world is all-too used to living amidst filth, squalor, and garbage (especially the human kind) and they've come to embrace it.
