For a muslim, to decieve the unbelievers into a false sense of security so they can more easliy be conquered is the act of a saint.

It's called a military feint. Everyone does it. But how do you tell that from someone telling the truth. Or is everyone assumed to be a liar?

There are lots of threads about this. Manny Festo, an expert in these matters, says that the Koran is "A manifesto for terrorism". Samaritan, a man with many years of experience in Saudi Arabia, draws much different conclusions. There are many other, equally worthwhile, views.
