I remember those first BBS's and Zork and the damned PC Jr. my Dad bought. That thing did little well. The manual for Bank Street Writer was 3 inches thick.

Printer paper back then was pretty terrible too.

Remember Reagan vs Momar Quadaffi(sp?)? ... You cross this line, I kill you.... uuhh,, ok, you cross this new line... I kill you... Ok cross this line you really dead. And if he had not been living in the TENT next to his HQ he would not be around anymore. I am glad Bush jr. has had some Reagan training.

I remember that well. We were stationed in Germany at the time and my dad was the DO for the F-16 fighter wing and helped orchestrate the attack. I can remember our high school being under highest security alert.

I also memorized the songs from "License to Ill"...

Remember this one: "Now here's a little story I got to tell, about 3 bad brothers you know so well..."
I could still probably sing all the songs right along with the Beasties!

Yep - Adam Kurry had the long curly blond hair; kurt loader was the other guy (I think he's still around) that did the news; Martha Quinn was cool, too.

Thanks! My name just screams out against the 60s pot-smokin', tree-hugging, hippy boomer counterculture. TO THE MAX! Fer sure!

We can dance if we want to...we can leave your friends behind...cause your friends don't dance and if they don't dance, well, they're no friends of mine
