The woman is suing the makers of the "Girls Gone Wild" video series, saying they videotaped her without her permission while she was topless on New Orleans' Bourbon Street at last year's Mardi Gras celebration.

Let's see...she bares her breasts in front of thousands of strangers and then is surprised when someone videotapes it....hmmm..

I musta picked the wrong day to visit Burbon Street. All I saw while there was the Aids Information Center (east end I think) and realised I was on the wrong end of Burbon Street. We went back west for greener (straighter) sections.

I've seen the Girls Gone Wild videos. ALL of the girls in the video knew they were being recorded, and all gave consent to be recorded.
