Now I know the word is Dont point fingers and Lets move on, but I however think everyone should take a look at these facts and ask yourself: Do these facts show that Bill Clinton has a certain level of responsibility for the current attacks? You can decide for yourself.

The actions of Beelzebubba are treasonable, and he should be put on trial.
To: Republican_Strategist
He certainly bears responsibility for what happened on Sept. 11. We know it, congress knows it and the media knows it.
However, we still see Clinton making his rounds and "feeling our pain."
Barf! I can't believe this guy isn't locked up. What is wrong with our leaders that Clinton has been able to get away with so much? I'll never understand.

Fact 16: Clinton bombed the h*ll out of Kosovo to protect the KLA which, it was known even then, had direct ties to bin Laden and served as his retail outlet for running drugs and providing him cash
Fact 17: Clinton helped corrupt the INS letting tens of thousands of immigrants into the country withour proper screening and clearance - how many of them were future terrorists?
Those who do not remember history are doomed to repeat it......

All this was happening while our President was asking, "What is is?" The liberal punk is responsible. Imagine something like this happening right after the Monica story broke. Imagine him assuming the position of moral leadership.

I hope that the FBI is monitoring all of these new visitors since 9/11. Following the money and the party line as these 5th columnists post their defense of the mass murders and their buddy, X42!

I think you facts are correct. Clinton did by Executive Order 13099 prohibit business transactions with Usama bin Muhammad bin Awad bin Ladin and Al Qaida, on the same day he "attacked" him. We know what the real purpose of that action was. Clinton never seriously went after any terrorists and in fact pardoned many.

I absolutely love revisionist history. First and foremost, we were engaged in winning the cold war when we helped Afghanistan defeat the Soviet Union; the citizens of Afghanistan chose to devolve into monsters when they were left to their own devices.
Further, in any given year, there are over 100 terrorist attacks across the globe. The first time the terrorists tried to bomb the WTC was 1993, during Clinton's Administration.
According to your convoluted logic, Clinton pissed off the entire world and caused that attack, huh? The only difference was that time, they failed; this time, they succeeded. I didn't blame Clinton for that attack; I certainly don't blame Bush for this one now.
And, yes, all of the facts listed in the original post above are accurate; seems to me good old Sink Squirter DID NOTHING to prevent the terrorists from getting their second chance. He couldn't have helped the first time, but he might have done something to stop them aside from blowing up an aspirin factory. In truth, he made it EASIER for them to get their second chance.
Don't let a little thing like facts confuse you.

not to mention the fact that ronald and bush41 would have had a very tough time creating something that didn't even exist until 1996
or the fact that most of the original taliban were less than 10 years old when ronald was elected president
perhaps the clown is unaware that "talib" means "student" to the locals in those parts, and the original taliban members came from pakistani moslem schools

The answer to the question 'Is Clinton Responsible?". He is a charlatan, a liar and a corrupt conniver
who broke numerous laws and trashed every decent thing in America. Does that answer your question?

Nice list.
Fact 9: The Clinton administration never placed sanctions on Afghanistan for harboring Bin Laden, but did manage to bomb a few sheep and empty tents with cruise missiles.Clinton/UN did place sanctions on Afghanistan twice. They succeeded in giving the Taliban a new excuse to forment hatred for the US with the Afghani people and opened a black market for goods (especially opium) on the former "silk road." Clinton/UN (he gave them a lot of authority, now they're whining) mostly appeased. Bad strategy with terrorists.
Clinton's final gift?, including links to '99 State Dept. Report on Terrorism (they knew, did little), UN/Clinton
