The proof is the Bin Laden himself has stated that the reason for his hatred of America is its presence in Saudi Arabia ,"the holy land of Islam'". Bin Laden gives not a rat's ass for the Palestinians or his fellow Arabs, which he would just as well kill as anybody else. The man is a psychopath, who lives in a fantasy world, and has moonie like cultist following him like lemming to their death.
By blaming the death of the five thousand on Israel you have committed an unspeakable and disgusting lie for which you should be ashamed, and for which you will suffer. You are a lying Arab licking, lying bum.

I'm sorry. There will be a new "Find Astonished new identity" game in the near future. The current game is over, having been played and won days ago.

With righteous moral indignation, these enlightened critics, suddenly experts on terrorism, lecture us, claiming "this would not have happened if the U.S. hadn't been intervening in the Middle East." This criticism is said with a straight face by Americans who see no problem driving an oversized SUV that gets 12 miles per gallon, while condemning the U.S. invasion of Iraq in 1990 which assured them the continued use of their environmentally irresponsible gas guzzlers. I think it's nonsense. Look at the 'Conference on Racism' held by the UN.
Who was attacked/ Right. Israel and the US. Why? Not because of the socialist catch phrase of inequality. Only because the US and Israel share two things. A reluctance to (to varying degrees) to submit to the UN.
Yes, that's right. Virtually every other country on the globe wants to rush headlong into the New World Order, and here are two of your strongest holdouts. The resistance. Cajol, plead, wheedle, they want us to submit.
Think about that.

I've got a better idea. How about those nations displaying a more independent nature stick together in the face of the socialist, and undoubtably soon to be, communist beast.

It was shown all over Europe. My brothers in Ireland saw it (and emailed me to tell me how disgusted they were). It was referred to in a Le Monde editorial. And an AP cameraman was threatened by the PA for filming yet another celebration.
The only source I've seen for the '1991' story was an online poster who claimed she'd seen it in 1991 and then couldn't back up her story.
Can you? I won't hold my breath.
To: Southern Federalist
THANKYOU for putting it so correctly, but I fear our anti-Israel apologist would rather knuckle under to the bully.

Do a little homework professor.. the film was from 1991. Kudzu the lying machine. Samaritan, you left Kudzu behind in sin and shame hoping to pick up the mantel of lies that the weed left behind. Well you've succeeded in putting on the mantel of lies. Go forth and lie to your heart's content, it gives everyone an opportunity to see what the nature of support the "Palestinians" get.

Nothing on God's green earth, would have kept us from getting into this mess. They hate everything we stand for and the only solution their demented little minds can think of is kill.....kill.....kill.
We will win and this time the sonovab*tches who spit on our returning soldiers will get what they deserve as well.

LOL...I had already given you first prize and the credit

I'm sorry. There will be a new "Find Astonished new identity" game in the near future. The current game is over, having been played and won days ago. Are we still eligible to play, or do we have to wait 30 days like those contest winners on radio stations?

"The proof is the Bin Laden himself has stated that the reason for his hatred of America is its presence in Saudi Arabia ,'the holy land of Islam'. Bin Laden gives not a rat's ass for the Palestinians or his fellow Arabs, which he would just as well kill as anybody else" That may be. However, the news states that bin laden's group includes many other terrorist organisations in Egypt, etc., many of which include the Israel/Palestine issue as one of their major gripes. He did not do it alone, from Afganistan. Israel's actions, and US support of them, are not the only cause, of course, but one of the contributing factors.
There is absolutely no excuse for what bin laden and his cronies did, but, at some point, Americans need to inquire into the root causes of this militant-muslim phenomenon we all came so brutally face to face with last Tuesday. bin laden is a psychotic scum, but where does he get his suicide volunteers, and what motivate them? Israeli mistreatment of Palistinians is one of the factors.

After we blame Israel for savages in the MidEast, we need to look at the root cause of West Nile Fever. I heard some Jew swatted a mosquito and his relatives have been on a war path ever since.

Were there Israeli's on the rooftops filming he whole thing and cheering so loudly that neighbors phoned the FBI and had them arrested? Yes. do you have a link or source for that? i have my doubts that it is accurate

Why is it, if you criticise Israel, you are labeled an anti-semite? Why is anti-semitism the first cry out of the mouths of the Israeli corner. Methinks I see hysteria there and a realization that if the truth about the actions of the Israeli government were covered by the media they might lose some of their precious American dollars. Yes, there has been anti-semitic feeling in every country the Jews have been in. Many innocent Jews have been killed, but the question has to be asked: Why have the Jews been disliked in whatever country they lived in? It is a legitimate question and it is not anti-semitic; however, that word like the cry of racisim is much used and abused. When you mention 'disliked in all countries,' you seem to border on racism, since you are generalizing, maybe too much. However, I agree that anti-Israel does not equal anti-Semitic.
Actually, many of the claims that Jews have always been mistreated and disliked is overstated. Until very recently in the history of civilization, most religions and most races were very intolerant toward eachother, and human life was cheap. The Jews were most often minorities, and were clannish, as were many peoples. Given the racist, intolerant and violent additudes espoused by practically everyone back then, it is not suprising or particularly unique that Jews (and other minoritiy religions/races) were picked on.
when you look at historical dislike of Jews, you really have to keep in mind the context.
Here's an interesting quote from the science fiction book "Holy Fire" by Bruce Sterling, referring to the plight and persecution of the Gypsies (aka the Romany):
"If the Romany weren't complete racial chauvinists themselves, then we'd have absorbed the last one of them centuries ago."
I think the comment is relevant to Jews (and many other groups), but mostly in the historical context. Today, in America, a huge percentage of Jews marry non-Jews. If I remember correctly I heard that 30% of Jews marry non-Jews, and the number is growing.
