Neighbors have been interviewed and are in shock. He was a friendly man who was often seen walking down the street with his children. He'd wave and greet his neighbors. Spooky! But obviously, he was mole - he wasn't home grown here.

SOMETHING'S FISHY IN SAUDI ARABIA: Sheesh, Bin Ladan's fortunes are tied to the Royal Family who befriended the father and gave him billions in contracts.

Saudia Arabia prevented the U.S. from investigationg the terrorist attack on our barracks and withheld information.

Many of the terrorists are from Saudi Arabia.

Perhaps it's time that Saudia Arabia became the 51st state and we throw these guys into Iraq.

His residency at the University of Texas was sponsored by ARAMCO, the Saudi national oil company.

Follow the money.

This UT is a huge university medical center. The medical complex has multiple hospitals, clinics and doctor's offices. It is extremely large and has nothing to do with normal academia, such as UT Austin or UT San Antonio.

How secure will our injured vets feel when they return to the US and find that half the docs in the VA hospitals are from middle eastern countrys.

How can we acquire a copy of the "Watch List" ??? The collective talents and abilities of Freepers could probably root these magots out in short order - not to mention delve into their backgrounds and associations.

Throw all raghead residents out of the country.

The doctor-hating US government is to blame.

Don't train American boys and girls in radiology.

No. Import these toxic a$$holes from America-hating Saudi Arabia, and give them the farm.

Scumbag American Association of Medical Colleges, which has presided over this for a generation.

They, and any anti-American, even if nominally a US citizen, are the enemy.

Ditto all liberals, and all the "can't we get along" fools.

>>doesn't bode well for a long lasting coalition to fight terrorism that would include these "moderate" Arab states<<

The entire Arab middle east must be reorganized. The post-Ottoman system has decisively failed.

Turkey and Iran must be the major players. India must be let loose to deal with Pakistan.

We need to make a peace with the Iranians, and I mean NOW.

Yeah, I know, but the journalism professor referred to from another thread was UT Austin. I don't know the politics of the faculty at the various UT medical branches.

As a resident, this doctor regularly made rounds at the local military base hospital. The military bases around San Antonio are probably the attraction for these terrorist moles.

"He described Alhazmi as a "resident in good standing."

Yeah, right in the middle of a set of crosshairs.

"Right now it seems there is a significant number of [Saudi Arabia's] present leaders' sons who do not and will not support this kind of relationship in the future."

Did you believe the USA should have been judged by the behavior of some of its own young men in the sixties and seventies? Of course not.

That a few young men from Saudi Arabia have acted in such heinous fashion doesn't necessarily doom the country's future. There's no sense that the alienation and disaffection is universal.

The investigation's new focus on San Antonio came as Attorney General John Ashcroft warned that known associates of the hijackers are believed to still be in the USA and continue to threaten national security.

Question: Does anyone know if we are still letting Arab Nationals into this country? It would seem crazy if we are. The FBI et al are having enough problems with tracking down the ones that are already here.

A sidebar. I just can't for the life of me understand how a doc could live here, socialize, see what life is like her, know americans and then be part of this sleezy underworld like bunch. It amazes me. The answer to racism is supposedly to let people live together and know one another, it is very hard to stay racist when you know people individually of other races. This makes that whole concept suspect. Very scary his making rounds at military bases. San Antonio is loaded with them.

I hope that the Medical Center will check its supply of Cobalt and Radium since the radiology resident could easily steal some of that lethal materials.

I hope it's clear to every one that this country has been infiltrated by Islamic fanatics. Please President Bush, set up interment camps immediatly to accomodate all the suspicious Arabs that are threatening our security. Don't let them walk free because they will kill many Americans in their suicide missions.

Don't believe that their diabolical mind is not planning mass destructions even now.

Check all the recent Arab recruits and get rid of them, because they are sent to infiltrate the US Army.

The Saudi government (as the Egyptian government) has a two-fold policy toward Islamic extremists who terrorise their country - physically protect the royals and government officials and appease terrorists' demands.

If mid-east oil is essential to America's security and prosperity, then perhaps we should stop trying to make nice with the people who hate us over there and just take over the damn oil fields. If that is not going to happen the we need to get our own oil fields and oil fields throughout the western hemisphere up and running and protected (pipelines in South America have been bombed routinely) and refuse to do business with the mideast. They are NOTHING without us.
