What a shame that yet another Church is destroyed by islamic terrorists! Perhaps some moderate islamic groups in the USA would like to contribute to the Church's rebuilding. There is an address given for donations.

Oh no. How horrible. Greeks love their American homeland and give so much to her. They will rebuild, no whiners they. God, I pray you help these people who are models of American positivism. Amen.

I must say that given the US support of Terrorists in Kosovo and our bombing of Serbia in their attempts to stop that terrorism I feel badly about that church. The Clinton years we are paying for now. I hope Bush awakes to the reality of the so called "freedom" fighters in Kosovo and ends our support for them. We need a modern day Prince Dracul! We don't need to bring these people to "justice". We need to kill them in a terrible and public way.

Wait a minute, let's be fair, the destruction of this church was, after all, an accident.

All of these news postings may be information overload, but I'm surprised at the level of cynicism people have over this.

I'm very glad that no members were lost in the building. This is good news, at least. I'm sorry that certain memories are gone for the members.

My paternal grandparents worshipped there, when they came to this country, at the turn of the century. I was baptised there. My heart is breaking.

That would be great!! I know they would appreciate anything done to help them.

In my opinion, that Church will be a NECESSARY part of the rebuilding of the area....a spiritual home for all those whose lives where touched and hurt by this disaster.
