A pointer to this article was posted earlier, but because it was slow to load (many images from an overloaded British site), I am posting it again, with just the text extracted.
I am not posting this to the original thread, because that thread is also slow to load now, because someone else posted an (off-topic) add which also had many far away images. Here's a link to the the original FreeRepublic post of this.

REVEALED: Please, there have been articles about this here for over a year.

I'm expecting them to use aerosol bombs on the mountains of Afghanistan. Incredible heat. Consumes all the oxygen. Just try hiding in caves to avoid it.

Let's hope so. Queen hillary doesn't have a nice ring to it.

It really doesnt matter if Binladen is in a cave. If his support system in the west is hampered, if the poppy fields are defoliated, if the Taliban officials are put on the run, if the Arab cohorts in the training camps are attacked, then BinLaden can stay in his cave, eat beans and make videos all he wants.

...there are 3,500 transport planes to move all this equipment around. 3,500 transport planes? Not in our military. A quick internet search shows the Air Force, including all reserve components, has around 900 cargo aircraft. Of those, over 500 are C-130s, which are ill-suited for moving large amounts of cargo and people over long distances. With 60,000 pounds of fuel (needed for puddle jumping) you have 9-10 thousand pounds of ACL (cargo capacity). Max weight can be upped another 20,000 pounds during emergency conditions, but even that isn't much and it puts a lot of strain on the aircraft. As for the civil reserve fleet, we're probably only looking a few hundred aircraft. Look how long it took us to stage equipment for DS. We can't wait that long this time. I would hate to be part of the logistics planning staff on this one! It sure would be interesting to see where this 3,500 cargo aircraft figure comes from. Maybe someone with a Jane's can give us more accurate figures. BTW, stuff like this is no big secret...it's all public domain info.

Could this vaguely be what GWB meant today when he said something about "smoking" them out?! Wow!

The "Superweapon" for the war will be an American Solider - A plain ole dogface American GI. These ninnys can talk about all of this Gee Whiz Stuff all they want, and there is some of it around but not in sufficient quanity to equip a battalion, the vast majority of these slimeballs will meet Allah via coming face-to-face with GI Joe.

Our country is full of large aircraft capable of a considerable volume of airlift. Some of the aircraft currently have words like "United", "Northwest", "American Airlines" etc written upon them.

These inheritors of Islam's golden age still think caves are safe.

You seem to object to the "REVEALED" in the title on the grounds that articles like this have already been posted to FreeRepublic over the last year.
The "REVEALED" is Drudge's title, as so annotated.
I was just making it easier for folks to get to something that others had already hyped.
