I am so overcome with emotion, I can hardly type. This was my breaking point on the week's events. Tragedy of Shakespearian proportions.
The blessing is that I am looking at my husband through new eyes. Barbara Olsen has taught me that love is a VERB. How many of us take time to write notes to put on our spouse's pillows?

I hope God blesses me with someone like that someday. Gosh she was amazing

Oh, God, if DFU sees this we'll have to listen to "Tears on My Pillow."
I'm not really trying to be flippant, it was just the first thing that popped into my mind.
This whole thing has become personal to so many.

I put notes in my hubbies shirt pockets, wrap them in his socks, and stuff them in his suitcase when ever he has to go out of town. When he takes a lunch (not often) I put them on the sandwich baggies. He always calls me later when he finds them. A good husband is hard to find and should be appreciated.

Barbara was a special lady.
I miss her.
Ted is in my prayers.

....Tragedy of Shakespearian proportions. I hear what you're trying to say, but even Shakespear never imagined this in his wildest nightmare.

Love conquers all. Not all of us have enough of it in our lives, unfortunately.

It is truly a blessing to live your life so that when you leave, you leave only love behind.

The pain that these people inflicted goes on, and on, and on. Damned their souls to Hell!!!!
Note to all terrorists: Today we mourn, tommorrow we bury our dead. Then we come after YOU. You can run, you can hide, you can sell your soul to the devil, but your ass is MINE! We're going to kill you, casterate you, and bury your worthless carcuss wrapped in a pig's hide. Then we're going to "relieve" ourselves on your desicrated grave!
You done messed with the wrong people!

and how much we take each other for granted....when tragedy strikes, it makes us all realize how much we have to lose.

Ted has been blessed by having a wonderful woman in his life. While he is surely devastated by her loss, he should be amazed he was with her at all, since she was a truly wonderful woman.

Oh geez.
I am so sad and angry that Barbara Olson, a sweet and wonderful woman, is gone and her nemesis, that corrupt nasty bitch Hillary! still walks the earth.
Wrong choice, God!

That was an extremely touching interview with Mr. Olson. BKO's obituary is in today's Washington Post. There will be a Memorial Mass for her Saturday, Sept. 15 at 10:30 AM EDT, at the Cathedral of St. Thomas More, 3901 Cathedral Lane, Arlington, VA. It's at the corner of Rte. 50 and Glebe Road. The notice goes on to say that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to the:
Barbara Olson Memorial Scholarship Fund at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law
c/o Office of Development
55 Fifth Avenue
New York, NY 10003
For more info, call 202-467-8018 or Barbara Comstock, 202-841-1367

I was watching my husband sleep just now and had a moment to reflect....
With a lump in my throat, I'm bumping this for BKO.
To: hispanarepublicana
Prayers for Mr. Olson.
