Subject: Second Appel
Dear Mr. Minister,
By the effected vertict no. 2009/00 of the Correctional Court of Monaco publicity declared on 6th March 2001 I have been acquited of suspicion of being involved in the Bank affair on 3rd October 2000.
By irrefutable material and other evidence it was proved that I was the victim of the false statments and set-up process and that heavy organised crime of kidnapping by a private person and an investigation officer of Monaco was done to me.
By this unusual illegal act large breach of basic and fundamental human rights was made and substantial ethical and material harm was done to me and to my family.
As a party who has suffered the loss outcoming from the above I had on the 13th of March 2001 forwarded to my Lawyer Mr. Morel the material evidence for compensation of the losses in the amount of DEM 37,692,000.00- and my Power of Attorney for pressing criminal charges against the person who has organised my kidnapping Mr. Luc Lopez and the investigation judge Mr. Jean-Christofe HULLIN.
On March 23rd, 2001 I have sent the appel to the Ministry of Justice of Monaco regarding this particular and case and teen days later the Ministry informed me in writing that they have appointed the person in charge to solve this case.
Desppite of this there is no adequate result until now and I have leart in th meantime that my Lawyer was called and asked not to undertake any furthere legal steps in connection with my case and that his career is under the threat.
Such behaviour of certain persons who are misusing their official capacity in order to suppres this case are causing my iustifyine doubts.
I cannot allow the persons who have infliced heavy criminal offence to go upunished and I cannot allow such persons to cary on unpunished with the similar set-ups against anyone else.
Taking into the consideration all stated above my Lawyers will file the criminal charges against the persons in question with the International Court in Den Hag and will file the case for the conpensation process.
