Takin’ care of business,
Everyday!
I sense the shutdown will be ending soon.
It is amazing. They knew that what is happening could well be the result, and it was legal for him to do what he is doing.
Yet they did it anyway. They probably think they are playing a 4D chess game, and they have "really got him now". Or will.
However, this is the FO part that comes after FA. Just wait until they begin firing government employees and eliminating entire branches of agencies, or even the agencies themselves.
Again-
THIS.
IS.
WHAT.
I.
VOTED.
FOR.
Since the government is shutdown, perhaps they could start impeaching crazy federal judges?
“Some of the most recognizable on the list were former Republican Senate candidate and ex-NFL star Herschel Walker, who was tapped as the U.S. Ambassador to the Bahamas, and Sergio Gor, a top advisor to Trump who he picked to be his U.S. Ambassador to India.
Other posts confirmed included a wave of senior administration officials, several prosecutors and the reappointment of Securities and Exchange Commission Chair Paul Atkins to a seat on the commission until 2031.”
Argh. I must have deleted my comment before posting.
I was going to say the SEC appointment is an important one. I’m glad the GOP Senate developed a back-bone and got with the program. Democrats aren’t going to cooperate on anything at all, even the most minor appointment.
When are they going to start firing all the braindead, foreign “judgeez” they have pimpin’ the Dipstick Courts? With the government shut down, we don’t need their sorry butts anymore.
Thank goodness.
Anyone have a link to the list of people and positions appointed to?
DOH! W.I.N.N.I.N.G!

Many thanks for the list!
How many remaining to be confirmed?
“Since the government is shutdown, perhaps they could start impeaching crazy federal judges?”
Great opportunity, I hope they take advantage of it.
Yea, but how many guys with dresses? Trump picking boring people.
A lot! I was hoping to see Jennifer Mascott be confirmed for the Third Circuit. There is an important Second Amendment case coming up in about a week.
Well, it’s better than nothing but I want some federal judges and US attorneys confirmed before I’ll get too enthused about this.
Easy peasy, do the rest tomorrow! :)
Might as well take advantage of the Democrats clearing the calendar.
This is great.
