The majority allows the government to seize plaintiffs’ money based on spurious and pretextual allegations It's NOT the plaintiffs' money, Nina. It's public money. MY money.

Of course they parked it in a private bank, rather than leaving it in the treasury, for the express purpose of keeping the new EPA administration from co trolling the dough. They’re all for preserving democracy, except when it suits their purposes to undermine it

"...a three-judge panel from the DC Circuit Court of Appeals found the Trump administration was within its rights..." Yikes!
Even the Constitution is winning...

Thank you Lee, the level of corruption that was going on in the Biden criminal cartel is unbelievable.

“That’s a lot of windmills and solar panels...”
Very little would have gone to windmills and solar panels. It would have gone to big salaries to Biden/Obama alums who supervise grants to other NGO’s, staffed with Biden/Obama alums drawing big salaries, and so on. Turtles all the way down.

It wasn't just the rats who gave them the money repeatedly, it was the congress/senate uniparty made up of dems and RINOs.

"“The majority allows the government to seize plaintiffs’ money based on spurious and pretextual allegations and to permanently gut implementation of major congressional legislation,” "ummm... "Plaintiffs' money?" No, it's our money and if House and Senate want to reissue it then let them vote on it. Why isn't the legislative branches throwing a massive SF over this if President Trump overstepped himself?
I am so sick of reading every decision that names the judges appointee, whether I agree with it or not, that always slants to that President's political leaning.
This is where I think the Judge Dredd story line is onto something, an impartial judge that only looks at the word of law and has no ulterior motives other than enforcing what is on the books as it's written.
