What are the “acceptable” forms of taxation?

Consumption/sales taxes. Tariffs, too, obviously.

Georgia can’t do tariffs.

For sales tax, per my post in 57, based on GA budget numbers, it’d go from 4 to 16% for the state’s base sales tax rate.

But that’s sales and use tax only. I didn’t factor in separate line items for state fuel taxes etc..
