Unlawful entry into or presence in the USA is a crime, and if the purpose of the cameras is to help solve crimes, whoever barred the Loveland police from sharing the information has interfered with the purpose of the cameras and is also complicit in the crime of unlawful entry or presence in the USA.

Whoever has done this, must be held accountable and if guilty of criminal activity must be prosecuted.

The feds now need to look into who paid for those Flock cameras, sue Denver into cooperating if it was federal money and set the precedent for other cities.

Some judge needs to disallow use of the cameras for speeding tickets. If they are enforcing speeding tickets for financial gain but not using the cameras to stop more serious crimes (illegal immigration) then the cameras are not being used for their funded purpose.

So... The State of Colorado uses license plate readers to violate the 4th Amendment rights of U.S. citizens but draws the line at turning over information related to illegal alien invaders who have no rights.
