Give them a parachute before dropping the terrorist, or just throw it out after him.
Even Israelis already have Gaza fatigue. But the only way out is through.
Sometimes when you have a pest infestation, you need to move out the residents, erect a tent and eradicate all the vermin therein. Then move the residents back in. Only way to be sure.
