Now explain how we’re going to get that amendment to the Constitution passed. Constitution for the United States, Article III, Section 1:
The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour, and shall, at stated Times, receive for their Services, a Compensation, which shall not be diminished during their Continuance in Office. The provision I am suggesting has the Congress specifying the limits of what constitutes "good Behaviour." Certainly using the power of the Federal Court to tie up the Administrative Branch specifying executive actions knowing the ruling will be eventually overturned is not "good Behaviour."
It is not therefore a stretch to have the Senate issue a finding with which to make that determination. Yes, it's my idea.

Boasberg was the judge of choice for the issuing of the fraudulent FISA warrants used to spy on the Trump Team in 2016
He was heavily involved with the FISA abuses and anti Trump lawfare and I suspect we will be hearing more about this in the future

Exactly. The insurrection judges are desperate to find Trump in contempt as a pretext for impeachment. Diabolical.

Dissolve the DC Federal courts. Lawsuits and prosecutions should be done in Federal courts throughout the country on a rotating schedule or via a lottery system designed in such a way to ensure their isn’t manipulation to get cases before certain judges.

I do think the metric is a workable idea by statute. This game of morphing the Constitution by case law just has to stop.

But for him to become a zombie it means he first has to be..... Considering his appearance, I thought that what you imply had already happened.
PS - I do not wish ill upon anyone. When I saw the Judge's latest image, I thought Brad Pitt might be near.

“probable cause exists to find the Government in criminal contempt”
Last time I heard of a govt being in criminal contempt was when it was mentioned in the Declaration of Independence.
Other than revolution, what is the remedy for capital G Government criminally contempting something? I would think it’s in the Constitution if anywhere...?
