Easily countered by lots of drones with 30+ year old US HARM technology. (45 years ago, my eventual Best Man @ my wedding was working on HARM tech for TI -- Among other fascinating things that unfortunately are necessary in this world. A very interesting friend to have, even if he couldn't and still can't go into all the details...)
That said, as I posted above, if you have some old HARM tech applied to reasonably stealthy long range drones, why bother with the large expense of ballistic missiles?

Russia, so far, is willing to absorb the drones. But when Germany starts sending missiles into Russia, think 1941 and then Russia’s response won’t be a surprise.

Putin wouldn't even agree to the US plan of freezing the conflict, in essence allowing Russia to hold its seized territories.

When has Russia been attacked in a way that seriously tests their defenses? What feeble attempts that have been made have been relatively successful. That’s why Russia keeps threatening nukes. They could not withstand a
conventional attack by NATO forces. They “have been saying” is just that. Tsunami torpedos, hypersonic missles, foxbatmoonbeam fighters, one red line after another, vaunted SAMs and air defense. In the end they simply feed their population into a meat grinder.
