Good. Sex reassignment is child mutilation. If grown people want to try to find some sick doctor to perform mutilation on them, that is different. I think the medical profession ought to do something—like establish that elective sexual surgery is just for fun, like some of the ridiculous plastic surgery these sick idiot clients demand.

You don’t have to mention the name of the patient when making a report. Just identify the doctor to the appropriate federal agency. I would suggest doing it in a phone call. The federal agency can figure it out.

There is also a crime-fraud exception when reporting crimes. You could call HHS first to ask how you can legally report these violations.

How anyone can argue against that is beyond me. I don’t see why it isn’t illegal to surgically alter any adult with an eye towards sex preferences. Let people fly to Europe and have it done, it goes completely in the face of “First do no harm”. Castration for men is a valid treatment for Prostate cancer, testicular cancer, but not as a method for a sex change. The same should be said for women, no breasts cut off except to treat breast cancer. Not for fashion.
