We are not all impossibility gullible, lady.
I remember laughing at NPR going off on the 2016 election match up, saying Trump was a terrible person and Hillary was a kind, known entity. They brought up Trump’s affairs and this crazy lady and her claims against Trump, his bankruptcies, etc., and the Clinton’s were just a royal family the United States should be honored to have. They did this through “news” reports that were grotesque in their slant, rather than someone editorializing. The All Things Considered host asked questions that brought out more terrible Trump insights that were just left open-ended for all listeners to logically arrive at the obvious conclusion—that no one with any brain or heart could ever vote for someone as morally corrupt, emotionally compromised, and intellectually such a liar as Donald Trump. It was laid out, literally daily, that way.
I stopped listening around that time. Once, I could bear it and enjoyed it knowing they were liberal, but I could wade through the crud to appreciate the truth within. When it progressed to absolutely no truth within, well, that was it. I hadn’t listened through the 0bama years until the 2016 Republican primaries and those were okay while Trump was one of many, but as he broke out, the NPR knives came out. It became vomit-worthy.
I would dance a happy dance if all Public radio was fully defunded.
If these tote bag carrying latte drinking lefties want to swallow their own propaganda whole, then at least make them pay for it rather than us.
Regardless of the subject matter,
I am against any federal funding for any kind
of competition or favoritism with private enterprise.
Since there’s no leftist bias, I just can’t understand why Republicans want to eliminate funding and Democrats want to maintain funding.
Just count the times “far right wing extremist” term is used compared to “far left wing extremist.”
Her not recognizing the bias is prima facie evidence of the existence of that bias.
Self-awareness score = 0
and what about their coverage of the hunter laptop?
and the fake “dossier”?
hopefully, this fool will be inundated with thousands of instances of their fraudulent “reporting” ...
About 20 years ago I heard a news report on NPR. I have not listened since then. The report said “In the west bank 3 Jewish settlers were killed today and a unarmed Palestinian boy.”
That is written to make the settlers look bad and the boy look good. It is this subtle bias that most wont pick up on. My wife heard the same thing and didn’t understand why I was upset about the reporting being biased. Once I explained it she understood. And I have never listened to NPR since then.
It was the same crap as NBC pulled in the Iraq war. A reported duct his camera down and looked up at the American troops so that their guns appeared to point at a mosque. I looked at the other news channels and it was clear that the American troops were pointing their guns downward and away.
The problem is that the public is no longer educated on spotting propaganda like they use to be. This women probably wouldn’t be able to tell because she is ignorant of the truth and how to spot propaganda.

The aforementioned are absolute proof that there is a liberal bias at NPR, and they have lost their ‘unbiased section’.
The numbers do not lie, 87 out of 87 means there is no attempt to hear a conservative viewpoint and people don’t get or maintain jobs at NPR unless they are liberals. Specifically, when most American’s are actually ‘conservatives’ when polled, 87 out of 87 means active ‘culling’ and blocking of those without a liberal viewpoint.
So, absolutely NO PUBLIC FUNDING for NPR. Good luck with your liberal donations.
Their biggest bias is not in what they say, it’s in what they don’t say.
After retiring from NPR Ken, did some introspection and realized he didn't know any “Republicans.” In fact in his voting precinct there were no Republicans. Furthermore none of the people he worked with at NPR were Republicans. He decided to go on a road trip to “fly-over country.” While on his road trip he went to evangelical churches, backyard BBQ’s, he even when hunting and shooting for the first time in his life. He was shocked at how “good” honest, and thoughtful these “Republicans” were. They were nothing like he thought they would be.
His book explains why NPR, PBS, and CPB should all be defunded because they are propaganda machines that are populated by biased employees.
She’s so marinated in leftist ideology she thinks it’s nearly universally agreed.
To her it’s very obvious. Anyone who disagrees is just wrong.
She really wrote a check that her butt can’t cash, didn’t she?
“Real Time with Bill Maher” is currently averaging around 395,000 viewers per episode, with a 0.12% rating.
Maher always keeps his nose to the wind for a new job someplace.
For example, in a recent PBS news story about the South African president visiting the white house PBS mentioned that Trump showed the SA president a video.
No mention of what the video was about nor did they show this short video clip of a SA politician leading a soccer stadium full of blacks in screams of “ Shoot to kill, Shoot the Boer, the Farmer, Shoot the Boer, the farmer” Pow! Pow! And the cheer leading pol making a pistol gesture with his hand and making gunshot sounds.
” Shoot to Kill, Shoot the Boer the Farmer. Pow! Pow!” And some 50 thousand blacks screamed the same genocidal cheer in response.
Truly an astounding video! Very Newsworthy! Yet it was censored from the “peoples right to know” by tax supported PBS in a direct violation of their charter to give objective news coverage.

And no one has a "right" to free tickets for stuff. No more free tickets left, go away. Gov't ran out of taxpayer money, and needs to spend what is left on necessary stuff. NPR is not necessary.
Omission is lying
I’m just a caveman. Liberal logic confuses and frightens me.
NPR says the federal funds are only a small percentage of their budget. Then why do they complain when it’s gone? Try cutting your budget by that amount. Or get another donor.
But I’m just a caveman.
