This is it, what the left does. Tare down everything, so that they can get thier utopia. That’s why we have to suck up disapiiments and foccus 100npercent on crushing the left.
Most of those subways in Moscow, at least, serve a couple purposes.
In many stations, they have hidden blast doors. There is also hidden storage. They have special ventilation.
They are very deep underground.
They were built for public transportation and nuclear war.
just as predicted by several FReepers!
yesterday’s conspiracies are today’s reality!
i’d just love to see some billionaire jump in and offer a decent price to all lot owners who want to sell and then just sit on the lots as a long term investment ...
Precisely Marxist-Leninist, precisely.
Yes, Marxism-Leninism, and Gov. Nuisance knows it.
STATE WILL HAVE TO SELF INSURE IT.
NO STANDARD INSURANCE WILL COVER THIS
40% OCCUPIED BY HOMELESS & MENTALLY ILL.
WHO PAYS THOSE RENTS/UTILITIES???
Here on Free Republic while the fires were still burning many predicted this. It is just what Marxist do, it is in their nature.
To Marxists truth is what they say it is and subject to daily revisions courtesy of the memory hole and the “Ministry of Truth.” George Orwell (1984) warned us. We did not listen.
HOMELESS & MENTAL CASES ARE NOT SUITABLE EMPLOYEES
WAIT UNTIL BABS STREISAND HEARS ALL THIS....
it is amazing just how much damage these DNC types are inflicting on America
(and it is amazing how much they get away with, too)
putting a welfare project in Pacific Palisades is like tossing cow turds in the wedding reception punch bowl
No more taxes coming in just tax dollars going out
ok...you and me ? back to re-education camp.
My shocked face....๐ด๐ด๐ด
That might not be possible. There were news reports at the time of the fire saying that insurance companies had re-evaluated their coverage in those parts and had simply cancelled it. This had occurred a few months before the fire.
Perhaps the insurance companies either had inside knowledge or were in on the scam.
Included is $101 million in funding for multifamily low-incoming housing. Such projects must allocate 40% of its units for the homeless, or individuals who have spent at least 15 days in jails, hospitals, prisons, and institutions for mental illness.
><
Not only this, but there is not enough gold in Fort Knox to fund the removal of all the foundations of the destroyed homes, driveways, etc. Newsome’s motto should be, “Build Back Ugly”. Top down rebuilding by a politician with no experience in building anything.
That old slut’s house is way up the coast from the burned area.
Oceanfront Malibu, not Pacific Palisades.
Will be interesting to see what they do with all the housed right on the breach that burned.
The brothers are not much into the ocean, so low income multifamily housing there might not be good idea.
Better to just make parking lots to let the people enjoy the beach that had been closed to them for so long.
LOL the homeys are coming
Just the types of people anyone would want as neighbors!
“Wall Street Apes @WallStreetApes TODAY is the day: California senate has passed SB549 granting LA county authority to purchase fire destroyed lots for minimal cost
Today that bill is being heard in the local assembly, if passed The Pacific Palisades will be re-zoned and stolen by Gavin Newsom and Karen Bass
โIf this passes, a lot of land grab can actually happen. This bill creates a resilient Rebuilding authority or RRA which is unelected board and it’s run by a state picked administrator.
So that means that us locals are not going to be able to vote for whoever runs this. It will be picked by the state government. This RRA authority can actually buy burned lots at fair value. It can hold them and resell them in the future or can also swap them into local projects. Now if they decide to swap those into public projects, 40% of those have to be for low income housing.
Now if this passes, the RRA then can completely change the zoning for the Pacific Palisades. So that means that the single family streets can now turn into low income high density apartments in Pacific Palisades. So I’m afraid to say that I don’t think if this passes, Pacific Palisades will never be the same. Now what do you guys think?โ”
You spend millions to buy your home there and Newsom and Bass put these types of people next to you!
