I wonder who even has 17 Patriot batteries to give away at this point - or is that not 17 full batteries

It'll take 3-5 years to build 17 more Patriot batteries to sell to Ukraine.

The KGB (Komitet Gosudarstvennoy Bezopasnosti) officially dissolved on December 3, 1991. This occurred during the final stages of the Soviet Union’s collapse, which officially ended on December 26, 1991. Therefore, the statement that the KGB went out of business 35 years ago is incorrect. It went out of business closer to 33 years ago (as of July 16, 2025).

Based on the past where “distraction” has been the name of the game, I imagine the promised new weapons are on their way to Ukraine already. I imagine the personnel has already been trained.

On September 3, they will be unleashed in a few waves towards Moscow and St Pete’s.

The world of logistics rules the world of warfare. Don’t look at what is on the left hand…when the right hand is holding a hammer.

"It's up to Germany."

Germany still hasn't paid back the U.S., France and U.K. for money they borrowed after WWI. It took them almost 100 years to pay their WWI reparations, and it wasn't until last year that Germany finally reached the 2% funding for their own defense that they agreed to as a NATO member back in 2014.

The last payment was in 2010 and all parties have agreed.

I’d tell them that Joe Biden pre-staged them in Afghanistan. You can go get them any time.

“ President Donald Trump has made several statements regarding his intentions to end the war in Ukraine. During his campaign, he claimed he would be able to end the war "in 24 hours" upon taking office, though he later clarified that this statement was "a little bit sarcastic," explaining, "What I really mean is I’d like to get it settled, and I think I’ll be successful"

So he was being sarcastic about ending the war but now it seems he’s serious about prolonging it. Just another day in paradise. 😆

Following is the process a PAC-3 firing battery uses to engage a single tactical ballistic missile with two PAC-3 missiles:

A missile is detected by the AN/MPQ-65 radar. The radar reviews the speed, altitude, behavior, and radar cross-section of the target. If this data lines up with the discrimination parameters set into the system, the missile is presented on the screen of the operator as a ballistic missile target.

In the AN/MSQ-104 Engagement Control Station, the TCO reviews the speed, altitude, and trajectory of the track and then authorizes engagement. Upon authorizing engagement, the TCO instructs his TCA to bring the system’s launchers into “operate” mode from “standby” mode. The engagement will take place automatically at the moment the computer defines the parameters that ensure the highest probability of kill.

The system computer determines which of the battery’s launchers have the highest probability of kill and selects them to fire. Two missiles are launched 4.2 seconds apart in a “ripple”.

The AN/MPQ-65 radar continues tracking the target and uploads intercept information to the PAC-3 missiles which are now outbound to intercept.

Upon reaching its terminal homing phase, the Ka band active radar seeker in the nose of the PAC-3 missile acquires the inbound ballistic missile. This radar selects the radar return most likely to be the warhead of the incoming missile and directs the interceptor towards it.

The ACMs (attitude control motors) of the PAC-3 missile fire to precisely align the missile on the interception trajectory.

The interceptor flies straight through the warhead of the inbound ballistic missile, detonating it and destroying the missile.

The second missile locates any debris which may be a warhead and attacks in a similar manner.

"What is the difference between Russia firing whatever missiles it has and wants to at Ukraine and Ukraine getting tomahawk US missiles from national, other than Russia crying about Moscow getting hit and hit ZHARD? other than Russia crying about it?"

If Mr. T gives Mr. Z a gun, and Mr. Z shoots Mr. P, and Mr. T knew that was likely, Mr. T is a criminal.

If you use a proxy to kill, you can be charged with the crime. If that wasn't the case, mob bosses could get away with proxy murder.

"A Handgun for Christmas Why were James and Jennifer Crumbley found guilty for their son’s mass shooting?"

"What took place at Oxford High School is a horror tale, agonizing in its particulars and familiar in its outlines. "But then the Oakland County prosecutor, Karen McDonald, did something extraordinary. A former teacher and a mother of five, she stood up at a press conference three days after the shooting and, looking stricken but determined, announced she would be charging the shooter’s parents as well. James and Jennifer Crumbley face four counts each of involuntary manslaughter, charges that carry a maximum penalty of 15 years. In a prosecutor’s brief, McDonald wrote that criminal charges have never been brought against the parents of a school shooter before."

WIKI

The AGM-158 Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missile (AGM-158 JASSM) is a low detection standoff air-launched cruise missile developed by Lockheed Martin for the United States Armed Forces. It is a large, stealthy long-range weapon with a 1,000-pound (450 kg) armor piercing warhead. It completed testing and entered service with the U.S. Air Force in 2009, and has entered foreign service in Australia, Finland, and Poland as of 2014. An extended range version of the missile, the AGM-158B JASSM-ER (Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missile-Extended Range), entered service in 2014 as well as an anti-ship derivative, the AGM-158C LRASM (Long Range Anti-Ship Missile) in 2018. By September 2016, Lockheed Martin had delivered 2,000 total JASSMs comprising both variants to the USAF.

If Mr. T gives Mr. Z a gun, and Mr. Z shoots Mr. P, and Mr. T knew that was likely, Mr. T is a criminal.

Only if the action by MR Z is criminal.

For instance if Mr Z shoots Mr P who is breaking into his house, Mr T would NOT be a criminal.

People and countries have the right of self defense.
