If you are referring to Biden's pardons as a probably unconstitutional act, I don't see that. All Biden (or any President) would have to say or indicate is that he wanted this person pardoned or people that met whatever criteria he set pardoned.

Schiff is the clearest link to the buy off of elected officials by child sex traffickers. Get him, and the whole fabric unravels. After the Ed Buck conviction, DC must have been in a massive panic that Schiff would start talking to save his own skin. They gifted him a Senate seat and a robo-signed preemptive pardon to shut him up.

Would have been cheaper to use the tried and true Hillary Clinton method but I guess they feared losing his House seat.

He doesn't need to sign any. A pardon does not even need to be in written form.

A President could blink Morse code that he pardons someone. It's still valid.

Or just verbally communicate a pardon. Although that could make it tough for the person being pardoned to provide in the future he/she was pardoned.

Any way he does it - that's it.

Seems to me a verbal pardon would need to be attested by someone that would be authorized to enter it into the public record. Same with auto-pen IMO.
