Probable cause is not hard to get.

Especially given the propensity of certain demographics to drive drunk with expired tags.

Yes but I believe he is being too cautious. Two weeks ago he had his SC decision which overruled a lower court hack. The lower court doubled down and despite having the SC Trump capitulated and went crawling back to the SC for help.

It is time for the GOP to outlaw giving non-Americans anything purchased with taxpayer dollars. We should only have to feed the piggies if they are given asylum. If they come here to work, they can buy their own groceries, earn their own spending money, pay their own rent, education costs and hospital bills. Nothing should be paid for by the American taxpayers. NOTHING!

8 U.S.C. § 1325 pertains to the criminal offense of improper entry into the United States, which includes both entering without inspection and visa overstays. It outlines penalties for those who violate immigration laws related to entry and presence in the US.

It’s still breaking federal law.

They are in the United States illegally. What more “probable cause” does this ditzy skank need? Somebody buy her a lawbook. She’s in over her head. These advocacy groups don’t have any standing. They need to be deported along with this so called Jo Jo Pedo “judge”.

Probable cause:

- 10’s of millions have gate crashed our border
- They-re undermine American workers by working 1/2 price
- They work KNOWN JOBS that “American’s won’t do”
- Many don’t speak ENGLISH

So, working a KNOWN JOB for illegals, can’t speak ENGLISH, in a State where it is RAMPANT ———> probably here illegally. When they actually get deported, it’s evidence in itself that ICE was correct.

My understanding of the law is that they don't need "Probable Cause". All that is needed is "Reasonable Suspicion".

Part of the reasonable suspicion, IMO, would include, among other things, people speaking a foreign language. Based on legitimate data, other characteristics of illegal aliens would come into play, such as occupation. Behavior is also legitimate (simply running for the hills at the sight of ICE would qualify)

Tell the judge to pound sand.

That doesn’t change anything then because they do have probable cause.

According to Tom Holman, they don't need probable cause or a warrant. They only need to have "reasonable suspicion".

When did the judicial branch started to become the law making branch? Can we find out if he let ILLEGALS live with him and his family? If not why not!!

Too damn bad illegal alien judge just continue doing it anyway so sick of these open border commie judges

Maybe ICE should investigate the "family" members of these foreign judges to make sure their legal status is legit.

Illegal aliens must, based on the Judeo-Christian founding values of our Republic be afforded human rights, illegal aliens are not, should not and must not be afforded the Constitutional rights of citizens. This is not difficult to understand, yet many people do not — more likely, refuse to — acknowledge the clear distinction.

I wonder if the judge have any ILLEGALS living in his home? Do you think he invited any into his house?

I'll answer: Hell no...
