Ramaphosa's excuse for the genocide was (paraphrase): "our constitution allows diverse parties." At this answer, President Trump rolled his eyes and looked to the carpet with a frown.

If any nation has a constitution that allows people, let alone a political party, call for the murder of a particular group of citizens, the U.S. should condemn and punish that nation. I will be disappointed if the U.S. continues to have anything to so with S. Africa.
