It isn't a matter of these crimes being prosecuted by Trump's legal team. These crimes are too big for them in their individual roles. They will need courage from the top.

This collective treason will be prosecuted because Trump understands that it must be prosecuted if the country is to be restored. The courage for this prosecution will come—must come—from the Resolute Desk.

Just as he courageously confronted Pres. Cyril Ramaphosa yesterday in the Oval Office, he will risk his presidency on the prosecution of these crimes.
