How can a state judge put an injunction on a Supreme Court ruling? The Supreme Court ruled deporting people was perfectly legal, so how can a state Supreme say no?

Judge Hellerstein said illegal aliens have the same due process rights as American citizens I don't think so Tim

If that’s the case, then we don’t have those rights because the illegals can walk all over us and take without giving as regards taxes and government benefits.

Good Lord! Another senile-ridden biden wannabe still holding court? Why hasn’t he been forced to retire for cryin’ out loud.

Chief Justice Roberts would prefer that all of these problems go away - but these idiots make him look like a fool if he does not act - and soon.

That is outside his jurisdiction. The act clearly states that the courts are only involved if a citizen brings a case against an alien on their way out the door.
It clearly specified that the president alone has the power to designate the predatory incursion or invasion and to decide how he removes the alien enemy.
No role for the court.

This old bass turd doesn’t have any standing. He isn’t going to be around long enough to see the damage and destruction these Venezuelan maggots are going to cause to our United States.

If the judicial coup wants "due process", they aught not allow open borders that allow eight million illegals to enter our country. The "Process" would take 112 years for judges to have an initial court appearance for that many illegal entries.
And that's the whole idea. Cloward-Piven the immigration systems. Destroy the notion of state sovereignty, which is specifically called out in the constitution.
Break the institutions by shear overload.
