The DOJ and FBI are Executive Branch functions.
PDJT is the singular embodiment of the Executive Branch.
Only if PDJT is impeached or Maine sues will any other government Branch be involved.
Unless Governor Mills has something in one of those two categories, Trump’s valid interpretation of the law is where she’ll need to find resolution.
