Not surprised if it’s Massie - might as well join Rand Paul.

Well, this is a clearly defined power of Congress, and, assuming the bill was properly drafted (remember, this is the GOP we’re talking about) and it passes the Senate (again, remember this is the GOP we are talking about), it should put an end to nationwide rulings by District courts.

Can’t you do a Google search on his name to see his photograph?
To: hardspunned
The article does not specify, but apparently the RINO that voted againstbit was Mike Turner of Ohio.

The bill is a “coming out of the closet” event...
One might assume that he votes with the dark side on many issues/bills in the House...
IAC, better have DOGE check any suspicious deposits in his bank accounts...

I read the article twice. It’s basically clickbait by saying “one Republican” in the headline but then never names them. Horrible clickbait.

Iirc this bill essentially returns the process for nationwide injunctions to what it had been a few decades ago; I’ve seen but forget when that last changed.

What’s the difference between God and a democrat federal district court judge?
This holding reminds them, God does not think He’s a federal district court judge.

There’s so much clickbait posted on FR that I almost wish for Humble Gunner again. Almost.
I just wish the clickbait would disappear. I know it’s not ever going to happen.
