It looks like Roberts voted knowing that Trump’s actions are not only politically popular, but that the lower court judges are causing the public to lose confidence in the federal judiciary, and Congressional action reducing the jurisdiction of the federal courts is on the table.

This in itself could clog up the system depending on the numbers because it could require 24 hour courts, 7 days a week. How many are we talking about? Thousands, hundreds of thousands, millions?
