I know plenty about him. He is a newcomer to the conservative side.

Until recently, Ackman was a longtime supporter of liberal causes and Democratic candidates. He shifted to the right (sort of) in 2024.

That kind of history will not prepare him to understand what Trump is doing.

Also his concerns have nothing to do with the paycheck-to-paycheck crowd, his panic is all about the wall-street crowd seeing their influence and control being taken away and their finances now part of the same game the “suckers” on the bottom had to live with.

The Chinese are in no position to tariff multi-national/Chinese joint venture products as they are not imported.

If the EU tries to retaliate against stuff made in China by US multi-national/Chinese joint ventures, the Chinese will fight the EU.

The Chinese government doesn’t want joint venture workers to lose hours or jobs.
