I didn't see anything in the article about the man's ethnicity or of him being a Muslim. Do you have another source?
As for the judge's excuse that the offender was "young," that usually is said of 13- or 14-year-old defendants, not 24-year-old adult men.

That court sounds like what can be found in many democrat controlled cities and states in America.
Heck, that student sounds like the same kind of student that Bill Clinton was during his university years. Bill was also ‘bright’ and could get away with anything, and he did for all his life.
