The “conservatives” play in the margins, otherwise align with the governing Uniparty, and keep the seats warm until a more radical leftist comes along to push the Overton Window even further left.
Of course Poilievre is better than Carney, but in some ways, if Trump is truly serious about changing Canada and removing it from the London-Brussels-Davos camp, its best that this “fight” occur under the wretched Klaus Schwab mini-me Carney.
As conservative as he can be and still get elected in Canada. I believe he’s more conservative than he lets on because he wants to get elected. He is a vast improvement over Trudeau’s Party, and will be fiscally conservative. I hope he wins by a landslide.
