It’s not a weak point when a judge blocks an Obama or Biden.

As a matter of principle, I think it is. We elect presidents to administer the Executive Branch, and we must live with the consequences of who we elect. No one elects federal judges, and their Constitutional role does not include meddling with the POTUS's administration of the Executive Branch.
